About the Presenters

Hilary Gornall
Customer Success Associate, CPOMS

Hilary has worked within education for 33 years, qualified as a Youth and Community worker and worked within secondary schools running a wide range of activities and workshops, in addition to mental health and wellbeing info sessions. Hilary is also highly experienced in behaviour support and Pastoral Management, as well as formerly working as a DSL and nurture practitioner. As a vital part of the Customer Success team at CPOMS, Hilary supports schools to get the most from their CPOMS systems.

Sam Eustace
Product Manager, CPOMS

Sam has over 10 years of experience in working with children as both a qualified DSL and emotional health and wellbeing lead. His prior work in inclusive learning services and specialist behavioural roles has provided Sam with a wealth of knowledge and skills to draw on in supporting and advising educational settings with all types of needs. Leading the CPOMS product team, Sam plays a key role in understanding the needs of educational settings and providing the best possible solutions for them.
