Paul Stewart
Director, Safeguarding Fundamentals

Paul Stewart is a former premiership footballer who played for Man City, Spurs and Liverpool, he was also capped 3 times for England. In 2016 Paul waived his anonymity and spoke about the physical and sexual abuse he endured at the hands of a youth coach as a 10yr old growing up in Manchester. Paul has joined the EFL’s Life skills team to raise awareness about the importance of Safeguarding.

Antonia Noble
Barrister & Safeguarding Specialist, Director, Safeguarding Fundamentals

Antonia Noble is a barrister and co-founder of Safeguarding Fundamentals, where she develops a wide range of safeguarding training courses, including specialised programmes for sports and schools. As Chair of SAND Multi Academy Trust, Antonia brings extensive expertise in safeguarding to her leadership role. She also provides support to school Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs) and senior leaders through dedicated networks and resources.

Gary Dack
Head of Safer Sport, Norwich City Football Club

Gary is the Head of Safer Sport at Norwich City Football Club and a Board Director at the Norfolk Football Association, with responsibility for safeguarding and young people.

He has a passion for child protection matters with significant experience from a decorated policing career spanning four decades.

Kim Collins
Head of Safeguarding, BBC

Kim has 18 years of senior leadership experience in education, specialising in safeguarding, behaviour management, and attendance improvement. She has contributed to school transformation under OFSTED frameworks. Now, Kim applies her strategic expertise to establish the BBC as an industry leader in safeguarding and compliance across broadcast media.
