About this Webinar

Effective safeguarding in sport goes beyond recording concerns - it requires clear processes, consistency and oversight to ensure the right actions are taken at the right time, on and off the pitch. Yet many clubs are still relying on scattered paper forms, spreadsheets or email threads to log concerns, making it hard to spot patterns or prove oversight when it matters most.

Watch this on-demand webinar for a closer look at how CPOMS StudentSafe gives sports clubs a single, secure place to streamline incident reporting, case management and record-keeping, from initial report through to resolution. Lorraine Tilly and Sam Eustace share practical advice and insights on how sports clubs can strengthen safeguarding practice, drawing on real-world experience and use cases.

  • How StudentSafe supports structured, consistent safeguarding and incident reporting processes for sports clubs.
  • What streamlined record-keeping and customisable categories of concern mean for safeguarding practice in your club.
  • Why: Why a clear player chronology and audit trail improves oversight and supports timely interventions.
