Colin is passionate about high-quality, inclusive British education overseas and the role of international schools in strengthening global links, raising standards, and positively impacting the life chances of children and young people worldwide.

As a passionate educator and school leader with over 23 years of experience, Regina is dedicated to empowering teachers and inspiring young minds to reach their full potential. Currently serving as the Head of RiverBank School in Lagos, Nigeria, she brings a deep commitment to excellence, innovation and holistic education.

Uzma Zaffar is a highly experienced international school leader with over 20 years of expertise in safeguarding, inclusion, and strategic school improvement. As Vice Principal and Executive Designated Safeguarding Lead at Doha College, she oversees safeguarding provision for more than 3,000 students, managing multidisciplinary teams including SEND, counselling, nursing, and Ministry liaison. Uzma is trained to inspect schools and has successfully led COBIS, CIS, and BSO accreditations.
Her leadership is defined by a commitment to compliance, professional development, and creating inclusive, high-performing environments. With a background in education and business management, and currently pursuing an MSc in Psychology, she combines academic insight with operational excellence. Uzma is passionate about embedding a culture of safety and equity across school communities, ensuring that all children are supported to thrive.
