Yvonne Sinclair is an Independent Safeguarding Consultant, Trainer and Presenter specialising in the education and early years sector, and the founder of Safeguarding Support Limited. A highly respected safeguarding advisor, Yvonne brings a wealth of experience from her previous role as National Safeguarding Officer for a national children’s charity.

Since becoming independent in 2015, Yvonne has supported schools, multi academy trusts and early years settings across England with all aspects of their safeguarding responsibilities, helping organisations build confidence and clarity around compliance and practice. Known for her clear, practical approach to simplifying safeguarding, she provides expertise across the full safeguarding spectrum, including safer recruitment, EYFS requirements, and evolving statutory expectations.
